修改方法

    <bean id="SpringJobSchedulerFactoryBean"  lazy-init="false" autowire="no" class="org.springframework.scheduling.quartz.SchedulerFactoryBean"> 

 改为 autowire="no"    Spring进行自动装配，访问了数据库。
