220M!华为海思率先搞定TD-LTE载波聚合

深圳海思半导体有限公司宣布,已经携手华为完成了TD-LTE工作组在工信部电信研究院MTNet进行的TD-LTE-A终端芯片的载波聚合(CA)测试。
此次测试使用了海思自主研发第三代LTE基带芯片“霸龙Balong 720”,以及华为的Single RAN设备。
Balong 720采用台积电28nm HPM工艺制造,支持3GPP Rel.10协议标准,TD-LTE支持Cat.6 300Mbps标准、40MHz×2对称频宽的双载波聚合,实测峰值下载速率达到了220Mbps。
此外,该基带还支持FDD载波聚合。

海思无线终端芯片业务部总裁胡波表示:“测试的成功迈出了支持TD-LTE-A商用的第一步。海思将与业界合作伙伴紧密合作,促进TD-LTE更快、更高、更强地发展。”
海思方面介绍说,自2008年以来,海思积极配合TD-LTE工作组,参与了TD-LTE标准和策略研究、试验与测试评估、产业布局与推进、国际交流合作等多方面工作。
2009年10月,海思推出了业界首款支持TD-LTE的多模终端芯片“Balong 700”,2010年世博会期间引起参观者极大兴趣的即摄即传业务用的就是它。
2012年6月,海思又发布了业界首款支持LTE Cat.4的五模终端芯片,20MHz频宽内提供150Mbps的下行速率。
