设置磨砂效果的背景图

这个是做东西的时候从同学那里拷来的类,还不错,自己记录一下。我在用的时候只试过整个布局文件的背景图,其他情况暂未尝试,所以大家可以尝试使用。
这里我就直接把这个工具类贴出来。

先贴调用的代码吧。
