英文界面的Windows系统中解决 Sourceinsight 中的中文注释显示乱码的问题

For an English Operating system, for example, Win7 with English "Locale" in system setting, it's hard to see normal Chinese characters in source insight, here is solution:

1，use the plugin provided from: http://blog.csdn.net/nyist327/article/details/39935379, put the plugins to the Source insight installation directory.

2, Source insight-> Preferences->Systax Formatting -> Use only color formatting, make sure to select this option.

3, restart source insight.

If it's still not OK, please change system control panel-> region-> management->change system region setting-> select 中文简体 for current system region setting, then you may beed to be asked to reboot your computer to make it effect. this is to set the language to be used when the programs which don't support Unicode displaying text. see the below picture:
