问题一、

出现上述问题，是由于电脑同时打开了91手机助手，或者360手机助手，把类似软件退出即可

问题二、

出现手机，设备offline问题，是由于adb.exe不匹配，需要把红米note专用的adb替换下面的相同文件即可
