(一). System Architect

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for large system architecture design and review, providing technical solution to specific business needs.
2. Take technical leadership in various projects. Contribute towards technical research, engineering and processes improvements.
3. Provide in-depth technical presentation, demonstration, training and proof-of-concept support to project team.
Requirements:
1. B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or other equivalent. (M.S. preferred).
2. Resourceful or experienced in the following areas: enterprise architecture, Object-oriented design, SOA and Web Services, application integration and security technologies.
3. Strong in innovation, leadership, and work effectively under pressure. Good interpersonal skill.
4. Proficient in Design Pattern and Code Standard,
5. Good written and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
6. At least 8 years of current/prior development experience I mainstream technologies like .Net or Java; Strong background with object-oriented design (OOD), programming and UML.
7. Proficient in Oracle, MS-SQL server or other relational database programming and management

（二）. Sr. Test Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Develop test plans, design test methods, write test cases, and perform testing.
2. Track defects and report test results.
3. Analyze & evaluate test reports.
4. Work with test lead and other test team members to conduct test activities.
5. Work with developer to address defects/issues.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or equivalent degree in computer science or related fields.
2. Knowledge of software engineering and testing.
3. Familiarity with software test methodology and test process.
4. Good command of English (reading, writing & speaking)
5. Above 3 years experience in software testing.
6. High reliability, initiative and good communication.
7. Good organizational skills, reporting skills.
8. Auto test skill & experience is preferred (E.g. QuickTest, LoadRunner, Winrunner etc.)
9. Performance testing experience is preferred.
10. Software development experience is preferred.

 

 （三）. Sr. Software Engineer (Java) 

Responsibilities:
1. Analysis, design implement and maintain web-based application by delivering high quality, well documented, well tested software components.
2. Resolve technical problems; provide technical assist to the junior engineers in the project team.
3. Communicate with customer about technical issues.
Requirements:
1. B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or other equivalent. (M.S. preferred).
2. 6+ years IT or relevant industry experience, including involvement in a full development cycle.
3. At least 4 years intensive J2EE programming experience with typical design skills.
4. Good knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
5. Good Knowledge of Design Patterns, with strong ability and sense to write reusable code, and knowledge of UML is a plus.
6. Required experience in technologies: Such as, Hibernate, EJB 2.0, XML, XSLT, AJAX, JBOSS,  MQ, Web Services, PL/SQL and Stored Procedure, Struts, Event Management.
7. Good understanding on UT methodology and experience with JUnit as a UT framework.
8. Good communication skills in English (with the U.S team), self-motivated and proactive.
9. Strong problem solving mind and quality sense, proven ability to meet deadlines, and a highly organized team player.

（四）. Sr. Software Engineer (.Net)

Responsibilities:
1. Analysis, design implement and maintain web-based application by delivering high quality, well documented, well tested software components.
2. Resolve technical problems; provide technical assist to the junior engineers in the project team.
3. Communicate with customer about technical issues．

Requirements:
1. B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or other equivalent. (M.S. preferred).
2. 6+ years relevant industry experience, including involvement in a full development cycle; 4 years of intensive .Net programming experience with typical design skills.
3. Required experience in technologies: Such as C#, ASP. net, XML, XSLT, AJAX, Web Services, PL/SQL and Stored Procedure, deeply understand .Net framework.
4. Good understanding on UT methodology and experience with NUnit as a UT framework.
5. Good knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
6. Good Knowledge of Design Patterns, with strong ability and sense to write reusable code, and knowledge of UML is a plus.
7. Good communication skills in English (with the U.S team), self-motivated and proactive.
