在eclipse中使用mingw编译代码的过程中，出现如上面所述的问题。

这个问题的根源在于之前debug或者run的过程中并没有将code_alex.exe的可执行文件结束，重现编译执行过程中便出现了上面的问题，新的进程和之前的进程冲突，新的进程便被拒绝了。

解决方案：

解决方案很多关键在于将之前的进程关闭。可通过重新调动debug窗口进行关闭，也可以通过任务管理器进行关闭。
