在Windows Server 2003 32bit 中安装Oracle 11g 32bit

1. extract packages

2. double click "step.exe" in installed directory

3. just click Next in Configure Security Updates phase(ignore warning)

4. choose option "Create and configure a database" in Grid Installation Options

5. choose option "Desktop Class" in System Class phase

6. in Install Product phase, click "Password Management" in the new window "Database Configuration Assistant"

7. click "tick" of SCOTT to unlock his Account, set password for him and SYSTEM, SYS

Done.  

Click Start->All Programs->Oracle-OraDb11g_home1->Application Development->SQL Plus,
use SCOTT account to login, verify the installation
