weblogic Error [0] in bind() call!

问题：提示内容如下：

Error [2] in bind() call!
err:: No such file or directory
Socket transport failed to init.
Transport dt_socket failed to initialize, rc = -1.
FATAL ERROR in native method: No transports initialized

原因：是由于weblogic的端口号冲突或debug的端口号冲突导致！

解决办法：更改端口号即可！
