apache 500

尝试在windows下安装apache和perl，并编写cgi

新建了一个html文件，无论如何也不能运行，提示500错误，找到apache的error日志：

Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/cgi-bin/start.html is not executable; ensure interpreted scripts have "#!" or "'!" first line

后来上网搜索，了解到，cgi-bin文件夹内系统默认为都是cgi文件，即可执行的文件，把html文件放到该文件夹会提示无法执行；

将网页置于htdocs文件夹下即可。
