Large File Viewer w/o OCX

     A FAST file-viewer routine for displaying large text files that are too big for the intrinsic TextBox control which maxes out at 32KB of text. Uses a picture-box and scroll bars to display a large text file up to 32,767 lines and up to 32,767 characters per line. Best of all, no OCX has to be distributed with your program like you would if you used the RichText box control. Even works well with wheel-mouse and Intellipoint driver. The limitations on the number of lines and characters per line are due to scrollbars, which max out at 32,767. If the scrollbars routines were tinkered to handle larger numbers the capacity of the viewer would increase also. Also note that this code is for file *display* only. No editing, cut/paste, etc. Updated 01/07/2002 - reads file considerably faster now.
