包菜??

    我们通常会用新鲜的蔬菜,将肉,米饭等和酱包着吃。韩国是吃包菜较多的国家,在韩国几乎所有食物都可以包起来吃。呵呵。英文里把包菜叫做 Ssam(撒木,俩字要连着念哦!)

 

    Ssam refers to various green leaf vegetables which are used for wrapping pieces of meat into bite-size bundles, adding a little fermented soybean paste and perhaps some rice. The vegetables used for this are primarily lettuce(生菜), sesame leaves(苏子叶), sukgat(茼蒿)(crown daisy), chwinamul leaves(山野菜叶)(aster), or even parboiled young pumpkin leaves(南瓜叶,要小的叶子,用开水焯一下).

 

    现在,我们一般在吃烤肉,烤鸭等的时候,用显现蔬菜叶包着吃,这也是Ssam。味道很不错,可以减少肉的油腻,还可以增加营养成分!
