check PA and Restart PA

restart services on KVM hosts or reboot KVM hosts:
 
service ibmpawatchdogd_x86_64 restart
 
/etc/init.d/tog-pegasus stop
/etc/init.d/libvirtd stop
/etc/init.d/cim-listener stop
/etc/init.d/cim-listener start
/etc/init.d/libvirtd start 2>/dev/null
/etc/init.d/tog-pegasus start 2>/dev/null

Please collect /tmp/libvirt-cim.log and /root/wd_log files right after the repro before the information gets wrapped.
