总体来看，我觉得荣誉奖的项目都挺有意思。荣誉奖的项目大多是初创企业，还没有完全爆发，但潜力可观，给人更大的想象空间。

下面，我把文章的要点翻译出来，并加了简单的点评。

2010年，企业2.0由边缘变成主流，首席信息官开始问“how”而不是“why”。一些大的厂商携带新品开始进入这个市场，现有厂商也给旗下产品增加了许多创新的特性。
评选基于如下标准：市场表现、创新性、效用、影响力。入选的这些产品要么改变了游戏规则，要么已经赢得比赛。

1 new product:Chatter
salesforce的chatter不是本年度最具创新性的产品，但无疑是最成功的产品。87,200个客户中的60,000个客户都开始使用这个平台，其中包括DELL，原本不使用salseforce CRM服务的NOKIA也开始使用这个平台。Chatter使得salesforce.com这个Social CRM提供服务云2.0（Service Cloud 2.0）和销售云2.0（Sales Cloud 2.0），并会继续提供新的特性助力CRM平台。

Chatter快速成功源于salseforce在SAAS领域多年积攒的口碑:卓越的稳定性和扩展性。

2 E-Mail Product of the Year: Google Apps
mytiger：这个是讲google企业套件的，没什么可多说的。作为提供SaaS服务的公司，WorkXP 自己也用google套件。

3 Mobile product of the year: iOS
今年我们注意到一个有趣的现象：厂商在推出移动版本的时候，总是先推出iOS版本，而不是BLACKBerry版本。无疑，在ipad和iphone的巨大成功下，厂商已经把iOS作为最重要的移动平台。

Apple和good在企业市场有高度的协同关系。
越多员工使用移动设备，越有助于第三方管理工具的火爆；越多第三方管理工具的增长，越有助于员工使用移动设备。
在这个领域，的确有许多别的第三方厂商能够在功能和价格上与good展开竞争，但good仍然是最值得尊敬和成功的公司。财富100强的企业有40家是他们的客户，其地位类似 http://www.darpa.mil/ 在政府客户端应用中的地位。

4 Development tool of year: www.JackBe.com
mytiger:这是企业开发工具，国内做类似东西的好像不多。
JackBe takes pressure off IT departments by giving end-users the tools they need to create their own data mashups and lightweight applications based on those mashups

5 Database product of the year: Hadoop
mytiger：Hadoop已经归属apache了，大名鼎鼎，分布式应用的企业可多关心。

Honarable Mention: CouchDB
nosql database。

mytiger：nosql database现在太热了。不过远不够成熟。

6 Social software suite of year: Jive SBS http://www.jivesoftware.com/
企业社会化媒体市场本年度变得红火，Cisco，Oracle，salesforce都加入这个领域。jive保住了自己的阵地。

mytiger：huddle做得相当新颖扎实，值得一试。

7 Social CRM product of the year: Salesforce.com
谁都无法给出一个准确的定义，什么叫Social CRM，但大家都坚信“It's the future”。
要害在这儿：
Salesforce.com enables users to build a social CRM strategy based on the best tools from a number of vendors. Want to use Salesforce.com's feedback, customer service and social media monitoring tools? Great. Want to use Get Satisfaction, Zendesk and Radian6 for those functions instead? You can do that, too.

mytiger：雷声大，雨点小。要Social，还在Future，目前还是吵概念。

8 Microblogging tool of the year: Yammer

mytiger：yammer当之无愧。其外观设计相当朴素，但功能强大，使用方便。

9 Conferencing tool of the year: Skype

Honorable mention: Adobe Connect

mytiger：Skype被微软买去了，闹了许多哭笑不得的事情。微软，实在是不懂互联网。

10 CMS of the year: Drupal
白宫的网站就是Drupal搭建的。

Honorable mention: MindTouch

mytiger：这个领域，php还是一统天下。其他语言的开源CMS无法与之竞争。
